Is CitChat free?
CitChat is free to download. Payments and vouchers are tied to participating businesses and publishers inside CitChat Center.
Which phones does it run on?
CitChat runs on Android 6.0 and newer. The download above is built for arm64 phones.
How do I recover a forgotten password?
Request a one-time reset link by email, or choose the face option and verify with a short selfie video inside the app.
Can I use CitChat on a computer?
Yes. Open the CitChat web app in your browser and sign in with your account, or link a desktop by scanning the QR from your phone under “Link desktop device”. You can review or end linked devices in Settings.
Does it support Indonesian?
Yes. CitChat is available in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with light and dark themes plus six accent colours.
How is my wallet protected?
Your wallet is locked behind a 6-digit PIN. Payment QRs are single-use and expire after five minutes, and vouchers show their remaining balance.
